Description
The Tool & Die Designer, Builder, and Repairer designs, builds, modifies, inspects, debugs, and repairs tooling and fixtures for automated automotive assembly systems. The role also operates and maintains mechanical equipment, uses blueprints and tolerances, trains apprentices, communicates with supervisors and coworkers, and follows safety and ISO procedures. It is a regular permanent position with a pay range of $27–$33 per hour, requiring at least five years of automotive assembly, tooling, or assembly-systems experience.
