Axis Automation is hiring Machine Builders to assemble custom automation equipment from engineering prints, BOMs, and project plans. The role involves reading mechanical and pneumatic drawings, troubleshooting assembly issues, verifying quality, coordinating with engineering and project teams, operating shop equipment, and traveling to customer sites for installation support. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, while mechanical assembly or manufacturing experience is preferred; Level 2 and Level 3 roles require 1–3 and 3–5 years of relevant experience, respectively. The position requires approximately 20% travel, including domestic and international destinations, and offers hourly wages of $18–$23 for Level 1, $22–$26 for Level 2, and $25–$30 for Level 3, with overtime and travel pay opportunities.
