Description
Machine Builders Level 1-3 at Axis Automation assemble custom automation equipment from engineering prints, BOMs, and project plans, working with design, controls, machining, and project management teams to build, troubleshoot, verify, and install systems. The role requires mechanical aptitude, ability to read drawings, hand and power tool experience, shop safety practices, and willingness to travel about 20% domestically and internationally; Level 2 and 3 require progressively more experience building custom industrial equipment or machines.
