Description
Graco is hiring a Machine Design Engineer to independently design and model mechanical systems, components, and machines using Creo CAD, perform FEA and CFD analyses, select materials and manufacturing processes, design for automation and test benches, conduct prototype testing, and prepare technical documentation. The role also involves leading design reviews, collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing project schedules and budgets, and driving continuous improvement. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field, at least three years of machine design or related engineering experience, CAD and engineering analysis proficiency, and the ability to manage multiple projects. The position offers a base salary of $67,500 to $118,100 and does not provide immigration sponsorship.
