The Shot Peening and Heat Treating Operator sets up and operates shot-peening and abrasive-blast equipment, performs part inspection and documentation, conducts minor machine maintenance, and performs metallic heat-treating operations in a commercial aerostructures manufacturing environment. The role requires at least two years of shot-peening experience, the ability to read engineering drawings and technical documentation, and willingness to work any shift, including alternative work weeks.
