Hood Container Corporation is hiring a Machine Helper for its Winston-Salem, North Carolina plant. The role supports corrugated carton production by setting up feeders, printing plates, and delivery sections; feeding blanks; monitoring and adjusting board flow; maintaining quality and productivity; retrieving dies and inks; reporting problems; and assisting the operator with printer setup and material handling. The position requires reading and writing skills, basic measurement and fraction skills, effective communication, physical ability, overtime and weekend availability, and adherence to safety procedures.
