Description
The Production Associate works an 8:00 AM–4:00 PM Monday–Friday schedule, producing materials according to the Bill of Material, following line-team instructions, and inspecting products against quality-control requirements. The role requires safe work habits, steel-toed boots, safety glasses, the ability to lift 50 pounds, ruler-reading ability, and forklift experience; a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required, with six months of factory-related work experience accepted in lieu of a high school diploma or GED.
