Description
The Machine Helper supports the full corrugated-box manufacturing process from raw paper through finished products for food-grade, medical-grade, and retail customers. The role follows supervisor instructions, works with the crew, maintains a clean and organized work area, completes production, safety, and quality reports, maintains equipment, and may switch duties with the First Helper. The position requires physical work involving lifting, pushing, pulling, and moving up to 50 pounds, and is scheduled Monday through Thursday from 5:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with overtime on Fridays as needed.
