Description
Mindlance is hiring a Tech Lead — AI Engineering (AWS Bedrock Agent Core) to lead the architecture and technical direction of agentic AI systems on AWS Bedrock AgentCore. The role owns multi-agent orchestration, RAG, Terraform-based infrastructure, Python services, Model Context Protocol integrations, AI evaluation and observability, governance and security, and technical leadership. It requires 9+ years of software engineering experience, including 3+ years in production-grade generative and agentic AI, along with AWS Bedrock AgentCore, Python, Terraform, RAG, and agent orchestration expertise. The role is based in Atlanta, Georgia; Hartford, Connecticut; or St. Paul, Minnesota.
