Machine Learning Analyst- Python and SQL at Citi

Citi is hiring a full-time Spec Analytics Analyst for its North America Consumer Bank Customer Experience Analytics function. The role analyzes large internal and external datasets, documents data requirements and cleaning processes, performs exploratory analysis, applies statistical models and algorithms, and uses data visualization to support business strategy and customer experience improvement. The position requires hands-on Python, SQL, and machine learning experience, along with strong quantitative, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills; preferred qualifications include PySpark, NLP, large language models, Git, Jenkins, SDLC, and sprint deployment experience.
