Description
Amazon is hiring Machine Learning Applied Science Interns to conduct research on deep reinforcement learning and develop scalable algorithms and models for production-scale data. The intern will work with cross-functional teams on model development, validation, implementation, and research across areas such as optimization, reinforcement learning, statistics, causal inference, large language models, time series, graph modeling, and deep learning. Candidates must be enrolled in a PhD, able to relocate to an internship location, have programming experience, and be available for a full-time 40-hour-per-week internship. The listed locations include Arlington, VA; Bellevue, WA; Boston, MA; New York, NY; Palo Alto, CA; San Diego, CA; Santa Clara, CA; Seattle, WA; and Corvallis, OR, with starting annual pay of 142,800 to 193,200 USD depending on location.
