Eon is hiring a Machine Learning Connectomics Engineer to build and optimize large-scale connectomics data pipelines for volumetric microscopy, image segmentation, affinity prediction, watershed and post-processing, synapse detection, neural reconstruction, visualization, and brain simulation. The role combines machine-learning experimentation, production data infrastructure, scientific computing, and computational neuroscience, with experience in TB- to PB-scale datasets and computer vision. The position is based in San Francisco or remote, with a base salary of $180,000–$260,000 for SF-based roles and $150,000–$200,000 for remote roles, plus competitive equity.
