CapTech is hiring a Machine Learning Engineer to design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning and data science solutions for enterprise clients. The role covers client strategy, data analysis, model development, productionization, and leadership of junior data scientists and engineers, with responsibilities spanning recommender systems, natural language processing, risk scoring, LLMs, prompt engineering, and multi-agent systems. Candidates need a bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience, strong Python, SQL, Spark, cloud, containerization, and data-warehousing skills, and production-scale ML experience. The position requires onsite work at a client location or CapTech office when compatible with client needs, allows remote work when compatible, and offers a base pay range of $90,000 to $200,000; visa sponsorship is not available.
