ServiceNow is hiring a Machine Learning Developer to design, build, ship, and operate model-driven optimization applications at scale. The role combines advanced algorithm development, API and data systems, automated testing and evaluation, AI coding-agent collaboration, production reliability, customer-facing delivery, and cross-functional product work. Candidates need at least five years of related experience, a bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field, strong software engineering fundamentals, and experience with mission-critical systems; Python, Java, JavaScript, Kubernetes, GraphQL, Operations Research, and related optimization-domain expertise are preferred or beneficial.
