Machine Learning Director at PayJoy

PayJoy is hiring an ML Platform Director to lead a team of Machine Learning and Software Engineers responsible for the company’s end-to-end machine learning ecosystem. The role owns the technical roadmap for ML infrastructure, feature stores, model serving, ETL and feature architecture, deployment, monitoring, and MLOps; bridges business strategy with technical execution; and mentors senior and staff engineers. Candidates need a PhD or master’s degree in a relevant field, at least 8 years of hands-on data science or ML engineering experience, and at least 4 years of leadership experience managing senior or staff engineers.
