3ap is hiring a full-time Machine Learning Engineer to translate business requirements into customized AI solutions and implement, integrate, and deploy machine learning algorithms, models, and services in its cloud-based AI-in-a-Box platform. The role covers the full ML project lifecycle, including research, prototyping, architecture, implementation, and results communication, with a strong focus on agentic AI, generative AI, LLMs, RAG, vector databases, Python, cloud platforms, and scalable production systems. The position offers a 90,000–120,000 compensation range, hybrid work, flexible hours, and Zurich-region support.
