The VCV organization is hiring an Agentic Systems Engineer to design and build end-to-end agentic systems that integrate large language models, tools, and data systems to execute multi-step workflows in production. The role covers system behavior design, planning, tool use, structured outputs, failure handling, performance evaluation, monitoring, observability, and cross-functional collaboration. Candidates must have proven knowledge of cutting-edge agentic systems, experience shipping agentic systems in production, strong LLM-assisted coding skills, and the ability to make architectural decisions across services, data pipelines, and integrations.
