Description
Arta is hiring an AI Agent Platform Engineer to design and build production-ready agent systems for financial institutions. The role covers LLM orchestration, tool use, planning, memory, workflow execution, evaluation and benchmarking, self-hosted and multi-tenant infrastructure, APIs, and integration of agents into regulated financial workflows. Candidates need at least five years of production machine-learning or backend systems experience, strong Python skills, and experience with agent systems or LLM orchestration. The role prefers Bay Area candidates and offers a hybrid arrangement with three days per week in the Mountain View office, with flexibility for exceptional West Coast remote candidates. Compensation is $110,000-$205,000 plus benefits.
