Description
Sonia is hiring a Machine Learning Engineer (ASR) to develop, fine-tune, evaluate, and deploy speech recognition and audio-processing models for healthcare applications. The role includes data curation and annotation, audio pipeline development, MLOps collaboration, experimentation, and cross-functional work with product and engineering teams. Candidates should have a master’s degree in computer science or engineering, 5–8+ years of machine learning engineering experience, strong Python and deep-learning skills, ASR expertise, and practical MLOps experience. The role is preferably hybrid in Luxembourg or Berlin or remote in Germany or Luxembourg.
