Description
AWS Professional Services is hiring a Machine Learning Engineer to design, implement, and scale AI and generative AI solutions for customers using AWS. The role involves architecting secure and scalable machine learning systems, selecting and fine-tuning models, developing proof-of-concepts, conducting experiments, optimizing performance and cost, and advising customers on AI transformation. Candidates need at least two years of cloud architecture and solution implementation experience, three years of machine learning or statistical modeling experience, professional software engineering experience, an active US Government TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph, and experience creating benchmarks for GenAI model performance. The position is based in Arlington or Herndon, Virginia, with a base salary of $131,300 to $177,600 annually.
