Description
Arlo is hiring an ML Engineer to build and own the machine-learning infrastructure powering its underwriting and real-time quoting systems. The role covers scalable model-training pipelines, low-latency inference against large datasets, API reliability, backtesting and validation tooling, and developer-facing infrastructure for data scientists and actuaries. Candidates should have production-scale ML or data infrastructure experience, strong Python skills, experience with large-dataset processing and model-serving systems, and the ability to own end-to-end systems. Prior healthcare or insurance experience, MLOps, feature-store, or experimentation-platform experience are preferred. Compensation is $180,000–$230,000 plus equity.
