Blackwall is hiring a full-time Machine Learning Engineer on a contract basis to work remotely within Europe. The role focuses on embedding AI into a Web Application Firewall and powering behavioral analysis to detect and mitigate bot-driven threats. Responsibilities include designing, training, deploying, and monitoring machine learning models; building data pipelines; improving features and data quality; and collaborating with product, data, infrastructure, and security teams. The position requires at least three years of experience in production machine learning, strong Python and ML framework skills, experience with data pipelines and large datasets, familiarity with production deployment and software engineering practices, and a degree in a relevant field.
