Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 5+ years of full-time Software Engineering experience in a fast-paced, data-centric environment, with strong proficiency in Python.
2+ years of hands-on experience in a Machine Learning Engineering, MLOps, ML Infrastructure, or hands-on, full-stack Data Science role.
Deep understanding of the entire ML/DS lifecycle, from research and development to deployment.
Proven hands-on experience in building production-grade solutions, platforms, or infrastructure for AI or ML.
Experience building and deploying modern AI and LLM-based systems (prompt orchestration, embeddings, retrieval-augmented generation, and evaluation frameworks).
Deep experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred), including services like SageMaker, Bedrock, Lambda, and S3.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with vector databases, advanced experiment tracking tools, or specialized ML observability platforms.
Background in streaming, event-driven systems, and real-time analytics.
Experience with responsible AI, model risk management, explainability, or bias testing in regulated industries.
Experience in fintech, banking, lending, risk, fraud, or financial data systems.
