Description
Capable is hiring a Machine Learning Scientist to build machine-learning systems that remove bottlenecks in drug discovery and development. The role combines research and engineering, including identifying high-value problems, developing tools for experiment planning, literature triage, candidate generation, filtering, predictive analysis, and active-learning loops, and adapting biomolecular models such as ESM, AlphaFold-family models, RFdiffusion, and ProteinMPNN. The scientist will work with scientists and wet-lab operators to automate preclinical or clinical workflows and evaluate whether models and tools improve experimental throughput and drug-development decisions.
