Cashea is hiring a senior recommendation engineer to build and operate low-latency recommendation systems for its BNPL platform. The role covers candidate retrieval, ranking, feature and embedding pipelines, offline and online evaluation, A/B testing, monitoring, data modeling with dbt on BigQuery, and coordination with Data Engineering. Candidates need at least six years of applied machine learning experience, two years of production MLOps experience, advanced Python and SQL, and expertise with recommendation algorithms, vector search, feature stores, MLflow, and cloud platforms.
