Cresta is seeking Machine Learning Engineers to join their team and contribute to various high-impact AI initiatives. Current focus areas include developing next-generation agentic AI systems, improving the reliability and performance of LLM-powered agents, and scaling LLM and retrieval-augmented generation pipelines grounded in enterprise data. Responsibilities involve defining technical visions, architecting scalable LLM systems, designing multi-agent orchestration frameworks, establishing best practices, owning evaluation strategies, identifying and mitigating agent failures, defining quality standards, influencing architectural decisions, mentoring senior engineers, and translating research into production systems.
