Freedom Technology Solutions Group is hiring a Machine Learning Engineer to lead the migration and standardization of enterprise skills, knowledge, skills, and abilities (KSAs), and competency data. The role involves reviewing and comparing data sets, performing gap analyses, building and maintaining a skills repository, creating ETL and data-migration plans, developing APIs and data services, and evaluating ML/AI and system-integration opportunities. The engineer will work with systems engineers, database administrators, HR, talent management, subject matter experts, and project managers, and will document methodologies, access controls, risks, and deliverables.
