HARMAN is hiring a Machine Learning Engineer to develop and mature production-ready in-cabin camera features for its Ready Care project, including driver monitoring, child presence detection, and occupant classification. The role owns ML architecture, model evaluation, compute requirements, the technology roadmap, and performance KPIs while collaborating with domain experts, software developers, data scientists, and product managers. It requires a relevant master’s degree, at least six years of machine learning and software engineering experience, expertise in image/video processing, computer vision, deep learning, and edge deployment, along with Python, C++, PyTorch, and data science library proficiency. The position is based in Łódź, Poland, with a hybrid model requiring three days per week in the Łódź office.
