The Research Operations Engineer collaborates with researchers to manage and analyze experiments using existing infrastructure. Responsibilities include characterizing neural network quality and failure modes, coordinating experiment status, managing concurrent experiments, reviewing results, suggesting improvements, and writing technical reports. The role requires Python proficiency, strong communication, and attention to detail; a related master’s or Ph.D. and 5+ years of experience are preferred.
