Human Archive is hiring a Machine Learning Engineer to work on multimodal perception, VLA training, robotics post-training, and downstream policy evaluation. The role involves building systems for data collection, annotation, quality assurance, and robotics evaluation; fine-tuning and evaluating VLA models; developing post-training and reinforcement learning systems; and creating benchmarking and observability tooling. The engineer will make architectural decisions, own projects end-to-end, and work across video understanding, tracking, pose estimation, temporal modeling, and multimodal alignment in a hands-on research environment.
