Description
The MLOps Engineer will industrialise and operate AI/ML solutions, design and maintain end-to-end MLOps pipelines, collaborate with data and software engineering teams, and ensure reliability, security, compliance, data integrity, performance, and governance throughout the machine learning lifecycle. The role also involves monitoring and optimising model performance, troubleshooting production issues, supporting continuous improvement, and mentoring less experienced colleagues. Candidates need an MSc in Computer Science or a STEM field, strong Python and machine-learning-framework skills, MLOps experience, and familiarity with cloud platforms, containerisation, APIs, databases, and distributed systems.
