Description
MAI is hiring an early Machine Learning Engineer to build the core infrastructure for autonomous AI agents, including agentic workflows, data and signal platforms, ML serving systems, secure Python tooling, customer-facing applications, and MLOps for reasoning models. The role requires strong Python, systems thinking, and experience with ML frameworks, MLOps, large language models, agentic frameworks, or retrieval-augmented generation systems. The position offers a base salary of $160,000 to $225,000, equity, medical, dental, and vision coverage, and a 401(k) program.
