Mind Foundry is hiring a Machine Learning Engineer to develop, prototype, and deploy production-ready machine learning solutions for defence and national security applications. The role involves collaborating with product, science, and software teams; maintaining production code and ML practices; explaining ML concepts to customers; and working in complex, resource-constrained environments. The position requires a relevant STEM degree or equivalent practical experience, Python proficiency, production infrastructure experience, and existing or eligible UK Developed Vetting clearance, with primary onsite work at client sites in Gloucestershire.
