Mind Foundry is hiring a Machine Learning Engineer to develop production-ready machine learning systems for Defence and National Security applications. The role covers prototyping, data handling, model evaluation, deployment in constrained or edge environments, and collaboration with scientists, engineers, product and customer teams. It requires a relevant STEM degree or equivalent practical experience, strong Python skills, and production infrastructure experience; UK Security Vetting (SC) is required, and the role may involve travel to client sites with an office-based or hybrid option from the Summertown, Oxford office.
