Nace AI is hiring a Machine Learning Engineer to translate machine learning research into scalable, production-ready systems. The role involves designing end-to-end ML systems, fine-tuning large language models and vision-language models, improving existing models, and scaling inference infrastructure. Candidates need at least three years of production machine learning experience, strong Python and deep-learning skills, experience with LLM and VLM training and serving frameworks, and a bachelor's degree in computer science or a related technical field.
