ProSidian is hiring a Machine Learning Engineer focused on Data Management and Business Intelligence for Predictive Workforce Analytics. The role supports federal human-capital modernization for clients such as the National Science Foundation, including workforce analytics dashboards, predictive models, ML pipelines, data integration, and operational reliability. It is a hybrid position based in Alexandria, Virginia, with work across the Mid Atlantic Region, and requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree, at least five years of machine learning experience, and U.S. citizenship.
