Description

Reson8 is seeking a Machine Learning Engineer to train, fine-tune, and improve their proprietary speech-to-text models across 24+ European languages. The role involves designing and running experiments, building an experimentation platform, and collaborating with founders in a highly technical environment. The ideal candidate will have strong ML background, proficiency in Python and PyTorch, and experience with deep learning model training.

Additional Information

Experience building or contributing to experimentation infrastructure—experiment tracking, reproducible training pipelines, evaluation frameworks, or similar tooling.
Comfort reading research papers and translating ideas into working code.
