Robinhood is hiring a Machine Learning Engineer for its AI Research and Development team to implement and evaluate machine learning algorithms, develop scalable ranking and recommendation systems, conduct A/B testing and statistical analysis, and collaborate with engineering, data science, and marketing teams. The role is based in Bellevue, Washington, with in-person attendance expected at least three days per week and telecommuting permitted. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field with three years of experience, or a master’s degree with one year of experience, along with production ML, Python, SQL, XGBoost, PyTorch or TensorFlow, and distributed systems experience. The base pay range is $161,138 to $200,000 per year, with bonus, equity, and benefits.
