Moveworks, now under ServiceNow after acquisition, is seeking a Machine Learning Engineer to design, build, and optimize scalable machine learning infrastructure for large language models (LLMs). This role involves developing distributed training and inference pipelines, creating model evaluation and monitoring frameworks, and optimizing LLM latency. The engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance ML and NLP models, impacting customer AI experiences and driving the scalability of the core AI product.
