Sia is hiring a Machine Learning Engineering Manager to lead the growth of its Data team, guide Data Scientists in scaling models to production, and shape AI product development. The role combines client project work, cloud architecture, software engineering, mentoring, training, and external communications. It requires an MSc in a relevant technical field, 2–4 years of production ML/Deep Learning experience, strong Python and cloud and DevOps skills, and fluency in English and Dutch. The position does not provide a work permit.
