Sia is hiring a Machine Learning Engineering Manager to lead the growth of its Data team, guide Data Scientists in scaling models into production, and develop AI products and client solutions. The role combines technical leadership in machine learning and cloud architecture with project management, mentoring, client collaboration, and knowledge-sharing activities. It requires an MSc-level degree in a relevant field, 2–4 years of production ML/Deep Learning experience, strong Python and cloud and DevOps skills, and fluency in English and Dutch; visa sponsorship is not provided.
