Smadex is hiring a Machine Learning Engineer to build and deploy full-stack machine-learning solutions at web scale for its real-time bidding advertising platform. The role focuses on predicting user responses, auction outcomes, optimizing bids, evaluating models, conducting A/B tests, and contributing to the product roadmap. Candidates need a strong statistical foundation, machine-learning and predictive-modelling experience, Python and SQL skills, and familiarity with Git; the position is based in Barcelona with two days of work from home per week and does not provide visa sponsorship.
