Sprinter Health is hiring an ML Engineer to build and maintain production machine-learning systems that train, deploy, monitor, retrain, and serve models reliably. The role covers training and inference pipelines, model packaging, API and batch serving, feature pipelines, drift and data-quality monitoring, automated retraining, rollback, reproducibility, versioning, and model governance. The position requires strong Python and software-engineering fundamentals, experience with ML frameworks, data pipelines, model serving, cloud infrastructure, containers, CI/CD, orchestration, and observability, along with comfort handling sensitive healthcare data.
