Superhuman is hiring a Machine Learning Engineer to help build an AI agent platform that coordinates multiple agents to solve complex user problems. The role focuses on core orchestration, routing, and planning systems, as well as developing and deploying machine learning models for search ranking, proactive suggestions, and other product experiences. The position requires a computer science degree, at least five years of machine learning or applied research experience, expertise in modern algorithms, NLP, and large language models, and experience building LLM-based products.
