Workday is hiring a Machine Learning Engineer for its Danu AI Centre of Excellence in Dublin to build, tune, and operate de-identification and anonymization models and data pipelines. The role focuses on privacy engineering, differential privacy, group anonymization, NER, transformer and LLM fine-tuning, Spark and SageMaker pipelines, and production ML systems. Candidates need at least five years of Machine Learning Engineering or Data Science experience, Python and modern ML framework proficiency, distributed pipeline experience, and AWS or equivalent production experience. The position offers a base salary of €80,000–€120,000 per year in Ireland and a flexible work arrangement requiring at least 50% of time in the office or field each quarter.
