Description

Spin is looking for a Machine Learning Engineer specializing in Computer Vision and Generative AI to design and implement generative models for image, audio, and video creation. The role involves building robust computer vision pipelines, collaborating with marketing teams for social media content optimization, staying updated on generative media research, and managing image/video datasets. The ideal candidate will have strong Python skills, proficiency in DL frameworks like PyTorch and TensorFlow, and experience with VLMs, LoRA adapters, and model quantization.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 3+ years of hands-on ML / DL experience with a focus on Computer Vision.
Strong background in CV pipelines: object detection, segmentation, classification, clustering, and dataset augmentation.
Proficiency in building and managing visual data pipelines and augmentations.
1 to 2 years of experience using Generative AI models, ideally with diffusion or GAN-based methods.
1+ years of experience with VLMs, LoRA adapters, model quantization, and fine-tuning.
Understanding of social media content creation strategies and the use of generative AI in creating content.
Preferred Qualifications: Master's or PhD in a relevant field.
Some knowledge of audio processing/generation and generative models or frameworks.
Experience with ad generation or lip-sync.
Knowledge of cloud ML services (SageMaker, Vertex AI)
Understanding of responsible AI and model evaluation best practices.
