Boson AI is seeking a Machine Learning Engineer to develop and deploy enterprise AI solutions involving large language, voice, and vision models. The role covers end-to-end LLM-powered software, model benchmarking and evaluation, RAG and DeepSearch systems, fine-tuning and alignment, agentic workflows, and scalable platform integration. Candidates should have a relevant bachelor's or master's degree or equivalent practical experience, a strong GitHub record, experience with large language or multimodal models and search systems, programming and ML framework proficiency, and the ability to design and orchestrate multi-model pipelines.
