Description
The Foundation Model Services Engineer builds production-grade software and machine learning systems for Apple’s foundation model infrastructure. The role partners with product and research teams to develop real-time inference, prototype model architectures, remove performance bottlenecks across hardware and use cases, and write high-quality code. It requires at least two years of experience building production software or machine learning systems, five years of ML technology experience, cloud and container experience, high-throughput low-latency service experience, strong collaboration skills, and a bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related technical field.
