Qualcomm Canada ULC is hiring a Machine Learning Systems Engineer to develop and evolve ML/AI compilers and algorithms that map machine learning workloads efficiently to Qualcomm hardware. The role focuses on high-performance, low-power compilation, PyTorch integration, performance and power analysis, pre-silicon prediction, and debugging of hardware and software bottlenecks. Candidates need a bachelor’s, master’s, or PhD in a relevant field plus 6–8 years of hardware, software, or systems engineering experience, along with strong algorithm development, problem-solving, communication, and programming skills.
