Description
Mercor is hiring an ML Product Engineer to build and operate production systems that score, validate, and improve complex work products where correctness is nuanced and labels are imperfect. The role designs evaluation frameworks, feedback loops, and model-quality controls; integrates inference into long-running workflows; and works with backend engineers using Python, Temporal, Postgres, AWS, and LiteLLM. It is an applied ML product engineering role focused on real-world model behavior, production failures, and human-in-the-loop workflows, with work performed in-person five days per week in San Francisco, New York City, or London.
